Seller Terms

Goodnesscities is a one-of-a-kind online marketplace. Our seller code of conduct must always represent our beliefs and ethos, which means that a positive, supportive community is critical for assisting and encouraging sellers to succeed. To secure an agreement with our code of conduct, we need the following of our Goodnesscities entrepreneurs:

1. BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR VALUES

We value our conscientious shoppers, and they purchase with confidence, knowing they are assisting each Goodnesscities entrepreneur in making the world a better place. As a result, the values specified in the story of your value (in your store settings) must be accurate, as must, the values used when displaying your products. If your policies, production methods, or business owners change, you must inform Hello@Goodnesscities 30 days in advance to verify your business and items continue to qualify for a shop on the site. Additionally, you must immediately update your values story and any related goods to ensure they are accurate and do not contain any incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading material.

2. BE SUPPORTIVE AND KIND

To foster a healthy and supportive ecosystem and marketplace, we encourage our sellers to be Kind and engage with consumers, fellow Goodnesscities entrepreneurs, experts, and Goodnesscities owners in a friendly and non-discriminatory manner. Our Facebook community group, ‘Goodnesscities Group,’ serves as a resource for connecting with other Goodnesscities merchants and our Experts, as well as exchanging information and advice.

As a result, the following behavior is prohibited:

1. There will be no personal insults
2. There will be no “calling out” (identifying someone you are claiming to have breached the terms of use)
3. No content or rants that are racist, sexist, or abusive
4. There will be no spam or marketing of competing services.
5. There will be no rudeness or cursing
6. There will be no “trolling.”
7. There will be no disrespect of others
8. Avoid putting the entrepreneurs of Goodnesscities into contempt.

If someone is found to be appearing in the manner mentioned above, their shop may be halted or deleted, and their material may be removed, as well as their membership in our Goodnesscities Group.
